Every Plus piece starts life as a basic shape: a flat piece of fabric cut into a square, rectangle or hexagon. By adding a secret seam to the corners, the pillow then pops out, transforming into a three-dimensional cushion that will sit cosily on your couch. Made from velvet, Plus is available in four contemporary shades and three differents shapes.

2017 | Our design ‘presentation platter‘, a cookie jar from the ‘Novecento‘ 2015 collection, has many fans. The product does not leave people untouched and is well know by different brands. It has been the inspiration for several designs ever since. The function of storing cookies and sweets and serving at the same time turns out to be a good combination. This was also noticed by the Dutch brand Puik. The given assignment could therefore be defined into one sentence: Can you also design something like that for us? ‘With great pleasure’, we thought, and we got to work. It turned out to be easier said than done: after all, there was already an icon with this function on the market. We came to the conclusion that a material change was necessary. Glass and wood was too similar to the original design. If we were to make both parts out of glass, not only would there be a new function – you could turn the jar upside down and use it as a plate as well – the design would also differ enough from the first, without loosing quality. The base and the top both have a nice curve, which subtly draws the design. We also opted for rainbow colored glass, which ensures that the design fits every color in the kitchen or living room.

2017 | Tineke: ‘My father, a math teacher, was soon aware of my need to create, and taught me to draw perspective at a young age. A combination between his interest and mine. The isometric perspective – a projection method to represent spatial figures in a flat way – was by far my favorite style and fascinated me in such a way that I made illustrations like these for hours. Still, when I am on the telephone for example, and have a pen and paper at my disposal, I automatically draw these kind of figures.

2017 | With this cable holder system a simple and beautiful way of hanging your ceiling light is made possible. From very geometrical to an extremely chaotic appearance. All items are installed with a very simple 1 screw and plug system.

2015 | Wherever you lay your head
Wool (Hero) and Trevira (Zap 2), both made by Kvadrat, come together in a two-tone cushion. The overlapping sections – three pieces of fabric were arranged over two sides of the cushion – make up a composition that is as playful as it is harmonious. Available in ochre and pink.

2015 | Burn the midnight oil
The classic oil lamp was the model for this pendant lamp. Here, the setscrew that determines the size of the flame in an oil lamp is used as a strain relief. Turn it to adjust the height of the lamp; slide the glass up to change the bulb.(E27 fitting, max. 45 watt).
